Our agent was Dana Smith and she truly went above and beyond in getting our parents' home sold. From finding us the perfect people to do an estate sale, to someone to take some furniture out, and every aspect from start to finish, she was truly amazing. My sister and I both live in Florida, to complicate things, but it was never an issue for Dana. She was always in contact with us and exceptionally sensitive - having lost our parents in such a short period of time and then faced with selling our childhood home, Dana really made this heavy situation feel easier to handle. She worked tirelessly and truly put forth herculean efforts to see the sale completed. Her advice was always welcome and professional, and she made sure we were doing what was best for ourselves and the estate. Dana guided us along every step throughout the process and was always available to answer any questions we had, whether by phone or email. I sincerely do not know what we would have done without her during this process.
